It looks like Apple is on its way on dethroning Coca Cola on the top of the most valuable brand of 2012 globally. Apple now holds the second spot of Inter Brands’ Best Global Brand Report for 2012, trailing next to Coca Cola for the most known brand worldwide.
Apparently, Nokia took the blows from the growth of Apple and Samsung losing 16% of its brand value and now listed on 19th place in the list.
Looking closely on Apple’s staggering
brand growth compared to Coca Cola, brand value 8% to $77.8 from 129% to
$76.6 billion, respectively –by next year, Apple will probably take the
world’s most valuable brand easily with convincing margin.
On this year also, Google and Samsung
has considerable brand growth with Google taking the fourth place with
26% and Samsung rising strong on 9th place with 40% growth.
Well, basically this two company were on great battle with Apple which
seemed to have positive impact on their market share.
